Package Your Hardware
Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and components to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
